Thank you for welcoming our handcrafted collections into your wardrobe. We take immense pride in our artisan craftsmanship; however, if a piece does not completely fit your expectations, we are fully committed to helping you process an easy, transparent return or exchange.

🔄 The 7-Day Return Window

We maintain a strict yet seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. You have exactly 7 calendar days from the official timestamped date of courier delivery to file a return or exchange request through our digital store portal.

📋 Return Eligibility Requirements

To ensure fairness and maintain quality for all our clientele, returned garments must pass inspection under the following standard parameters:

  • The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of perfumes or marks.
  • All original fabric tags, designer labels, security loop tags, and product seals must remain securely attached in their original positions.
  • The garment must be packaged back inside its original premium brand box or signature protective dust bag.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that custom-tailored designs, bespoke size alterations, and pieces marked as "Final Clearance Sale" are custom engineered for individual sizes or promotional conditions and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

🛠️ How to Request a Return or Exchange

You do not need to call or email to start a return. Simply use our self-service checkout system:

  1. Navigate to the top menu of our store and log into your Customer Account using your registered email.
  2. Go straight to your Order History page, look up the specific item you want to return, and click the Request Return or Exchange option.
  3. Once our system verifies your request, a reverse pickup will be queued. Our courier partner will visit your original delivery location to collect the package within 24 to 48 hours.

💳 Refund Methods & Timelines

Once your returned item arrives at our main design hub, it will go through a quick quality check by our team within 2 to 3 business days. Once verified, refunds are released back to you via your choice of payment method:

  • Prepaid Online Transactions (UPI, Card, NetBanking): Approved funds will be credited directly back to your original bank account/payment source within 5 to 7 operational banking days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Transactions: A secure, private email link will be sent to your inbox requesting your preferred bank details (Account Number & IFSC Code). Once submitted, the amount will be securely sent via NEFT transfer within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Outward shipping expenses incurred at the initial checkout stage (if applicable) are non-refundable.
