📦 Shipping Destinations & Charges

We proudly ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Our shipping structure is transparent and designed with your convenience in mind:

  • Orders above ₹1999: Complimentary Standard Shipping across India.
  • Orders below ₹1999: A flat shipping and handling fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for nationwide orders at no additional collection charge.

⏳ Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Because our luxury collections feature detailed, handcrafted threadwork, fine silks, and premium velvets, processing times vary based on the nature of the design:

  • Ready-to-Wear Pieces: Dispatched from our design studio within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Custom-Tailored or Couture Garments: Made-to-order and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days (specific details are listed on individual product pages).

Once your order has been handed over to our premium courier partners, your estimated delivery arrival times are as follows:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Tier 2, Tier 3, & Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines may face unexpected delays during public regional holidays, extreme weather conditions, or local courier transit disruptions.

🧭 Order Tracking

The moment your package is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and phone number. This update will contain a unique tracking ID and a direct web link, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey in real-time.

🛡️ Damaged or Tampered Shipments

Your piece of mind is an absolute priority for us. If your package arrives visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery from the courier agent.
